But I would say it really depends on how you deliver your lecture, the more interactivity you add, the longer the students will stay engaged, motivated and attentive.

I believe that research shows that you will lose the attention of college students after 20 minutes, so your longer class needs to be divided up into activities that change every 20 minutes or so...or do something to "change things up" to pull their attention back.
Hi Sarah Ali ji, As you mentioned that lecture time during student is still understanding/learning lecture, in my opinion it may be one hour fifteen minute as per @ Marwa Making because some time may also be utilized to clear dounbts. Thanks.
I personally see that one teaching hour three days a week for university or college students is quite enough. Long lectures are ineffective for many reasons. The most important one is that students become less concentrated.
