What is the best technique so far to reduce the torque ripple in an induction motor by only using space vector modulation? I am not asking any technique which involves hysteresis control or predictive control which do not use space vector modulation. It would be very much appreciated if also a research paper is recommended which discusses this technique.

what type of control do You use ?
If you use field oreinted control for IM you may add an pulsating torque compensation path into the control system. A similar apllication but for a PMSM is realized in:

if only considering space vector modulation for three-phase drives (multi-phase drives are different as they have additional degrees of freedom and torque ripples can be compensated in the additional sub-spaces) probably the following article is most relevant and a good point to start before going to more detailed optimizations.

)As for torque ripples, only the RMS current in the q-directions are relevant, the articles discuss the minimization of the RMS current during one PWM sub-cycle and minimizes the switching sequence accordingly.
