I will suggest moist curing instead of curing under water. Also, using heat curing might give you better results but this type of curing is expensive, not sustainable and mostly not practical on large scales except in industries such as the precast industry
The traditional curing method by immersion has an adverse effect on Reactive Powder Concrete or all types of concrete that made with addition of supplementary cementitious materials as the calcium hydroxide (portlandite), which is the main part of the pozzolanic reaction, will be removed gradually by leaching out from the concrete specimens and silica fume will nearly act as an inert filler.
I think autoclave curing if its available in your laboratory, is the best method for RPC as it combines both heat and pressure so hot moisture can reach to the eternal micro-structure of the specimen.
