Hello all,

I recently finished coding some qualitative data for my thesis and would now like to analyze them, however upon examination of the missing data it seems they are not missing at random. The nature of the questions were personal and the questions posed came at the very end of a long survey (things to consider as possible explanations for amount of missing data). This still does not change the fact that they are not missing at random. I am wondering what the best method would be to deal with data that are NMAR? I am hearing mixed answers, some saying to use regression imputation, some saying not to touch the data and analyze what is there. Any thoughts?
