1) i want to know about seed and cutting treatments

2) is there any protocol for in vitro propagation

seeds are treated in ho twater, drained and washed several times sown in cold trays. hot water treatment is critical. Also root cuttings, taken in winter  are possible, but require sampling sections near a finger size.

tanks a lot, the majority of our collected seeds  don't seem fertile, is it correct ?

Yes it is. We have up to 12 shoot proliferation and 100% rooting. We will publish the paper soon.
