Assuming analytical as mentioned above, consider an ion exchange column since the basic and neutral compounds won't bind.

If you are purifying for other purposes, ion exchange followed by sephadex LH-20 (please see below)

Do you want to isolate them?. Try Diaion HP 20 , Sephadex LH 20 and check the fractions by  cellulose TLC using BAW (BuOH : AcOH: H20, 4:1:5 or 4:1:2) or BuH (BuOH :HCl 2M, 1:1). For HPLC use RP C18, may be it is convenient detect the anthocyanins measuring the UV-V spectra in a HPLC-DAD but if you have HPLC-MS it would be the best. Good luck.
