During installation of Quantum Espresso (develop version), a successful parallel environment detected on running "./configure" command. However, on running "make all" command getting error which have been detailed below. Please guide with the suitable way for successful installation.

Is there any particular reason why you want to install the developers version rather than the standard distribution? Developer versions might have bugs that are not tested or known. It is also not recommended to use for actual research. If you are not developing QE I would suggest you look into the standard distribution, YMMV.
Anyway, in this case it seems to me that the compiling process tried to download some files from the git repository but for some reasons this step failed. In this instance, this happens with the Wannier90 module that is external to the standard Q-E distribution. You might want to try compiling later on.
Another possibility is that you compile the code piece by piece. For example,
make pw
would compile only part of the code necessary to run pw.x. In this way you can compile the tools you need and avoid others.

Please do not restart a discussion that is half a year old without adding any piece of information.
Anyhow, the problem is connected with some wrong link and affects only Wannier90. All other codes in the QE distribution do work fine. If you need Wannier90 please download it from their repository and follow their compilation instructions.
