There are many beautiful Conjectures in Mathematics. In your point of view what is the best one.

There is no best conjecture in mathematics. Thousands of open problems are unsolved yet. Each active researcher has the ambition to solve some unsolved problems in his/her favorite domain. I admire many of them that are elaborated by great mathematicians. In the area of graph theory or discrete mathematics, the second neighborhood conjecture https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second_neighborhood_problem is one of the most challenging unsolved problems.
