Well, it depends a bit on which field nanotechnology is applied.

I'm currently using 1) Nanomedicine Technologies and applications edited by Thomas J. Webster, and 2) Nanotechnology and Tissue Engineering The Scaffold, by Cato T. Laurencin, Lakshmi S. Nair. I borrowed them from the university library.

It is quite difficult to fine recent books, online and free.

I would also suggest looking at http://books.google.com/

You can search through the books there, and for some of them you have "limited visualization" of the book - so you can actually read what you are interested in.
