I am currently working on antecedents and consequences of unethical leadership practice in organizations using sequential exploratory mixed method. The antecedents of unethical leadership practice are not adequately explored leading to exploratory qualitative study.
A key challenge for me is to collect data on a very sensitive topic, where leaders will clearly avoid talking about their own unethical behavior and where followers will also be very cautious about saying anything that might get them in trouble.
Any one who can support me which method of data collection and from whom the data is to be collected.
Hello Zeleke. As a social practioner working in the NGO business, I would suggest a survey monkey. You could get some answer to some of your hypothesis and where you could also ask for people interest in participating to your research. To identify either multiple working sectors or one specific, I would lock into Linken and ask members if they would accept participating to the surveymonkey.

I would like to give you suggest to find the best person for your respondent, based from my country applied.The unethical leader is easy to find in the prison, because they will do some mistaken like corruption. Example like in my country, a lot of leaders going to the jail because the corruption, so the researcher can talk with the prisoner without giving the name of them.
The students usually easy to get the permission to research the prisoner from the authorities. I hope you can find the best method and respondents. Thanks
