I am currently working on antecedents and consequences of unethical leadership practice in organizations using sequential exploratory mixed method. The antecedents of unethical leadership practice are not adequately explored leading to exploratory qualitative study.

A key challenge for me is to collect data on a very sensitive topic, where leaders will clearly avoid talking about their own unethical behavior and where followers will also be very cautious about saying anything that might get them in trouble.

Any one who can support me which method of data collection and from whom the data is to be collected.
