Hello everyone,

I was wondering when a wave spray or splash occurs due to wave breaking, what is the percentage of water or air in the volume of spray that we see?

I need to have a rough estimation of the amount of water sprayed on a bridge due to wave breaking, and I haven't been able to find equation to calculate that. So I want to know how much water is in the splash that we see to be able to a make a rough estimation.

Please let me know what you think or you happen to know an equation how to calculate it? Thanks.
