Dear Professor, In the AI era, using AI tools has become a daily habit for much research. Recently, we found many journals that retracted many papers after publishing them due to the use of AI tools. So, what are the rules for using AI, what are the accepted percentages in the paper, and how can we deal with software that uses AI, like Grammarly and Quilibot?

you can paraphrase the text, also, normally approx. 1%+\-0.5 Ai is allowed. ass this is a safe value. and for the better results never ever directly copy and paste the ai content, ai can detect ai generated content v.easily as it recognizes the tone and plurals.
