As we know, to prevent air pollution (like Total Suspended Particulate) on a construction site or concrete mixing batching plant, we usually use water and no further water treatment from used water (especially in my country). I want to know what is contained in that water and what method I should use to determine water quality.
So, if your country has better technology to prevent air pollution than use water and technology to treat used water from construction site, kindly tell me.

I am not an expert but I will expect contaminant such as heavy metal.
You will have mainly suspended solids, organic compounds, silica, and some metal ions. In order to check water quality
you need to measure several parameters,
organic compounds can be measured as COD or TOC
need to measure SS, TSS
Other parameters like metals ion, pH, BOD, ammonia--- can be measured.
I think this will contain heavy metals, a few of hydrocarbons and suspended materials. AAS can be used to assess heavy metals. GC or GC/MS may be used to quantify Hydrocarbons, while filtration apparatus and oven will be used to do SS measurements.
