It means the rheological properties of the feedstock (metal+binder granulate) you are using for the metal injection molding. It determines (directly & indirectly) the success of the injection molding depending on the system (injection molding systems have some working range intervals in terms of the feedstock and the final product), strength of the green product and whether or not the final product will be in near net shape. It means that the sucess of the process depends on a large number of variables of this mixture (feedstock), like powder size and powder/binder relative contents and homogeneity, viscosity dependence of temperature, injection pressure and so on. The feed stock metal density and flow viscosity are important parameters considered for feed stock moldability  in metal injection molding technology .

Thanks to all. I have few more questions as I face during experiment. 

Q1. Is feedstock relates to the feedstock homogeneity?  If relates then how?

Q2. I found feedstock viscosity increases initially as temperature increases until the highest melting point of the binder component. After that viscosity decreases with further increases in temperature. what might be the reason behind this two directional change in feedstock viscosity?

Q3. Two directional change in feedstock viscosity also observed with the increase in mixing speed. What might be the technical logic behind this phenomena?
