Most of previous studies which published about dilated cardiomyopathy have used two terms, DCMP or HFrEF in articles. Recently, I have an interest to cardiac rehabilitation for patients with DCMP and have been writing a systemic review and case report. I can find just 7 articles that published the effects of exercise therapy in DCMP patient. As you may know, termology of HF is divided into HFpEF and HFrEF in these day. HFrEF has a similar symptoms with DCMP. So, I want to know about the differenc bewteen DCMP and HFrEF.
