in expression of dielectric function we write:
e(q,w)=1+e (lattice)+((e^2)/e0q^2)sigma ((f(k)-f(k+q))/(E(k+q)-E(k)+iw))
I know "e=1+vp" but i dont know dielectric function of lattice.
Please tell me what is dielectric function of lattice?

If your question is a conceptual one, I can say dielectric function of lattice is "the contribution of the positive ions in the lattice to the dielectric constant".

The equation indicates that if are the higher values for the dielectric constant , it shall be reduced the lattice thermal conductivity and increased the internal electric field, thereby enhancing the electronic conductivity .It means that the dielectric function of lattice is related to contribution of ions in it.
