Information is the third essence of the natural world supplementing to matter and energy. Informatics, the science of information, studies the nature of information, it’s processing, and ways of transformation between information, matter and energy. Informatics has been developed from the classical information theory and contemporary informatics to cognitive informatics in the past half century.

The first generation of informatics is represented by Shannon’s classic information theory. Information in classic informatics is modeled as a probabilistic measure of the variability of message which can be obtained from a message source via a communication channel in the basic unit of bit (a binary digit).

The second generation of informatics is known as computational informatics. Information in computational informatics is broadly perceived as any property or attribute of an entity that can be generally abstracted, quantitatively represented, and computationally processed.

The third generation of informatics is focused on internal information processing in the brain known as cognitive informatics (CI). Information in CI is defined as a generic abstract model of properties or attributes of the natural world that can be distinctly elicited, generally abstracted, quantitatively represented, and mentally processed.

I think that the existing models of cognitive informatics is Basically inspired from the brain modeling but there are a new trends to generalize the inspiration to all natural systems (society, sects, bio ...etc). is it a good trends? what is the most perfect for decision and cognitive computing, the brain or the others ?

To me it is rather enigmatic term. But a great advocete for this is Yingxu Wang. Try read his paper "The Theoretical Framework of Cognitive Informatics"

The attached paper entitled “On Abstract Intelligence and Brain Informatics: Mapping Cognitive Functions of the Brain onto its Neural Structures” may provide a vision to perceive how the brain and mind may be coherently explained at the logical, cognitive, physiological, and neurological levels in CI.

no, we do not. Neurons are one (!) possibility to handle information processing. It is done by wet computers (brain). If we understand the mechanism, we can build hardware to reach the same goal.
