Is cloud internet a way of offering internet through wireless inter-connectivity, this is what I think. Please shed more light on this to me.
Cloud computing is based upon applications delivered as services over the Internet and the infrastructure (hardware and software) in the data centres that provide those cloud services. Thus one cannot have a Cloud without the Internet.
One could set a Cloud Intranet; where your organisation runs data centres and their associated infrastructure hardware and software as a closed service to its employees and associates.

"Cloud internet" is only a modern buzzword (google for "Buzzword bingo").
Cloud services are simple server-client applications, which are using Internet as Wide Area Network infrastructure. Accordingly, in 99% of relevant cases, cloud services include internet technologies. If the people talk about "local clouds", it's a LAN / MAN based server-client application... nothing more, nothing less.
