It could be many, since electronics & communication have broad and deep spectrum of engineering. I'll recommend one of them, Microelectronics Circuits by Sedra/Smith is a good start.

There is not a single book. Not even a single book only on electronics resp. communication.

Regrding only communication, this spans from LF AM transmission systems (wired or wireless) to 5G cellular networks and beyond. Just to mention 2 concepts.

Visit a real library with physical books and try to find some book(s) about the very basics: they will not deliver much detail, but should show you the different areas of application. Then decide which path to follow.

Younis , read the books prescribed in your syllabus . Know the basics properly /clearly/articulately & thoroughly . My favorites:

I too had the same question like you when I was an undergraduate student and we have to agree with Putra and Dreher. I think the solutions is, rather than looking just one book, we need to start a path for our objective. Let's take communication,

For electronics I too loved "Microelectronic Circuit" by Sedra and Smith (which is another classic). 

In my opinion, before I really buy a book, I quickly go through the same book at a library or bookstore. It all depends on your requirement, whether we need a book which covers theory in depth or a book with lucid explanations along with many solved problems (like Schaum Series).
