What is an interpretation of GGOS Atmosphere Gravity field Components (AGC)?

Time variations of geoid undulations computed from GGOS AGC reach 10-20 milimeters within certain time period. What is an interpretation and cause of this variations? Can it be considered as loading effect due to the atmosphere or direct attraction? Thank you for your opinions!

Dear Tomas

The geoid temporal variations are directly connected to gravity field changes. E.g it can be caused either by an exterme earthquake (see Sumatra 2004). In addition, is connected with some hydrological phenomena.
