What is an acceptable tolerance for Melt Temp, Glass Temp and Viscosity for a melt spinnable polymer?

In determining base quality for a newly developed polymer, minimum tolerances for batch to batch production is needed for melt spinning, extrusion, or injection molding. What are acceptable variances batch to batch, and are there other important variables to measure?
