I'm doing research on development patterns in India, mainly focusing on cities under new pressures of urbanization.
Want to look into the real estate sector, and the REAL aspirations of the development strategies and products eg global aspirations etc..
Also the manipulations with the implementing agencies, that exists (well this might be a hard one, but some articles etc. would help me guide further)
Implementing failures and cases recommendation & more importantly expert/faculty comments and discussions would be additional benefit..
