We are rolling out a series of products over the next couple of years, and are interested in knowing what other competitor products/companies are out there and how they might compete with us (if at all). To date, we haven't found a single company or individual with a competing product to our CRM Cleanup.

I agree with Rajeev, MicroStrategy is quite powerful with Predictive Analytic. If you provide us with more details regarding Data Warehouse solution you're using maybe we can give you more relevant data. I am quite sure you can use SAP BW as a storage, ETL and modelling tool to enable cleaning and analysing your CRM data, and SAP Business Objects as a solution on the top for presentation layer (queries, reports, dashboard, scoreboards, etc.).
