I have cleaned the disk, restart the system and use the system best suited to satisfy the computational requirements.
In addition, I also try installing it again in the system.
But still error persist.

That looks a bit weird, it seems to say the problem is in the destination file or folder. Do those folders exist on your machine? Do the files exist already? For example, does the file:
Li4SiO4 (2).bands
already exist in that folder?
It does say that the files are still on the server, so you should be able to log onto the server and look at them there, and then copy them back manually.
