In order to gauge the efficiency of investment or capital, one of the measures widely used is ICOR. Surprisingly, for the emerging countries i am noticing a negative ICOR values.Though It is clear that the negative ICOR is due to the negative growth rate of GDP, is it possible to have a negative ICOR? What does it mean?
