Neither the electron (which is an elementary, fundamental corpuscule) nor massive composite particles, like the neutron or the proton, are made of waves as their contituents. Classically, they behave as particles with associated mass, momentum, spin, etc. It's also in their nature to behave as waves in other circumstances with characteristic properties like frequency, wavelength, etc. That's what is known as the "wave-particle" duality concept, introduced in basic quantum physics by Louis de Broglie (1924)then was pointed out and confirmed in various experiments. Revise basic quantum physics.
