What does predict_label,prob_estimates mean in svm training and n testing. Also, what role do w and x play?

How can I determine w.x+b? What I mean is does w,x refer to in svm? Also, the rest of the properties that model struct holds is unclear to me. I am talking in the context of libsvm in matlab?
