To me it tells that the person who wrote the statement in question did not really know what to write so nothing is excluded:
The interaction of biological, psychological, and social aspects of developmental psychology form the essence of the holistic biopsychosocial perspective. The biopsychosocial perspective attributes complex phenomena or events to multiple causes.
I think that is the sum of clinical phylosophy, clinical symptoms and social view. Maybe a good example WHO health definition-good physical, psychical and social?

Unfortunately, the use of complex words hides away the helplessness of a participant in a discussion and makes the topic more obscure or pushes it in another direction. I prefer the clear and direct answers. Anyway, sometimes it is a difficult task.

All external factors out of our personal or groupwise lifestyle has its influence on the healthy development of children. Humans are the only animals that chance their surroundings and lifestyle , but lack the ability to cope with that in an for the others understandable way. Prevention by correct bodily development from birth on with proven techniques ( orthopedic gymnastics, free playing, avoid sitting postures) is the only answer.
