For me, e-learning is complementary to in-person education. In e-learning, there is no interaction between the student and the professor, and it is not possible to distinguish the individual differences between the student, but it is positive to deliver the material to the largest number of students, while in the in-person education, the greater the number of students, the more difficult it is to deliver the material to them.
