It looks interesting, however I am not sure, if it is really conected with the university and if it is real conference, not the one that acccep everything.
It looks real from all I can see on that web site. The primary sponsor is Bruker, a large company which would not be amused when their name is used for a fake company. Also the whois info for the contact email domain "unl.pt" appears OK.
Doubt: there are only two orginesers, from the same university - but no link to the conference from the university itself. Two members for the whole editorial board? The main contact is on googlemail.
I have organized several conferences and we had a similar situation: organizing committee members came from 6 different institutions. I noticed the gmail address and personally I wouldn't allow it for my conferences. Instead we gave only one contact mail address which was a then distributed via a mailing list to the relevant people.
Moreover, support for such a conference might be limited by the employer and many things were organized on private initiative and risk e.g. I made the contract with the publishing house for printing the proceedings and with the conference Hotel as a private person.
