1. Denial of service attacks that shut down the transfer of data between the devices and their source. An overflow of information is sent to the device that shuts down its processes

2. Hacking wireless network to tap into communications and data transfers that are otherwise encrypted under network protection

3. Easy to get to sensors and devices physically tampered with and damaged

4. Gateway Attacks that cut off connection between the sensors and network infrastructure

The first thing comes up to my mind, for the wearable "thing", the privacy issues should be considered seriously.
