  • What do a researcher mean by a standard journal ? I am asking only about non SCI and journals not even indexed in Scopus data. Whether non SCI journals put weight for Post doc selection ? I want to ask this to famous scientists of this world. I have 18 publications, but all are non SCI. But I have put a hard work to publish it. whether I will get any advantage for my future career out of it ? Please explain deeply.
