Hello, I need to use FUBAR tool (Datamonkey) to analyse some selective pressures. When entering the parameters I need do specify the Dirichlet alpha value, which is by default 0.5.

When using maximum-likelihood methods I use a p-value of 0.05 - 0.01. Is there a Dirichlet alpha value statistical comparable to these? What is the best value to use for publishing?
