You can also use one transducer and a reflector at a suitable distance to set up a standing wave. A reflector needs to have a significantly different impedance, so air is quite a good reflector if the wave is in metal, and metal if the wave is in air.
To achieve this kind of frequencies, it becomes really tricky... Even if you can produce ultrasonic waves at this range of frequency (quite expensible but possible), the distance between reflectors becomes really small (few micrometers) and micromanufacturing is needed...
