If your GC-MS can be set up for headspace analysis, this is one of the most efficient ways as you are directly sampling the volatile molecules which make up the fragrance.
I agree with Valerie. If you miss this device, you can always perform a "pre-extraction" for your sample. You can slightly heat-up your flower in a closed flask, and collect the volatile in a connected flask with a known amount of water. Then you should analyze this solution. If you can't inject water, you should re-extract the chemicals with another solvent. It's not as fast as the headspace, but it works
