I have some already (related to growth and/or sales), but need more (international). I need more literature sources or research literature relating to internationalization and growing global.
I would suggest a textbook that covers several of the topics you mention and many other and which is good both in theoretical and in the practical approaches:
The title is: International Business Environments & Operations
and the authors are: Daniels; Radebaugh and Sullivan.
It has been very well evaluated by the students in the Business Internationalization course that I teach.

I believe that the Foreign Affairs Magazine (ISSN: 0015-7120) can provide a complementary view of globalization based on geopolitics, economic and legal approaches. I have found it most useful in dealing with globalization issues when a broad perspective was required.
