Your question appears very interesting to me Chao. Maybe the time is not arrived yet to think about those issues you are talking about but the recent advancement of robot technology is surely a matter to concern about its future.

I totally agree with you about the usage of robots like in DMVs and other governmental issues to avoid unwanted delays and of course not as a chief justice for a country. But from your question I felt like you don't want robot to conduct works on sensitive issues and want human being to do those work because human being has the power to feel, human being has emotions unlike the robots right?

But as a true believer of science and technology I feel scientists can make robots which will have emotions and they can think like human being. We never know the advancement on science can make it happened in near future when robots can take real decisions. But still I believe human should keep some works to be done by themselves because if we involved to much on AI, we will be lazy and we will reduce our productivity and thousands of people will be jobless by this way.

Saikat you've made a very interesting comment that scientists can make robots have emotions and think like human beings. I totally agree with you to that concept because emtions are based on electronic signals between neurons and as long as they rely on physical materials, scientists can make it become true. There is no misterious power.

It turns out that we need to develop our current philosophy. We should let robots to free human beings from labor work at least. The goal of human beings can be science or art. It will be nice to have robots to do almost everything for human beings and human beings should think about science and art. A paradise is waiting for us in future. However, when robots can think and feel, they can develop their science and art as well, which can be even more advanced than those from human beings. At that time, we can enjoy science and art from robots. But what can stop robots from slaving human beings? AI sounds like Pandora's box to me now.
