A rock slope of about 18 m high is vulnerable to toppling failure (both direct and flexural toppling failures) according to kinematic analysis. Please do suggest a method in which anchoring can be done in finite element based numerical analysis (Phase 2, Rocscience 2016) for the slope in order to stabilize it. What are the necessary specifications to be followed for the same..!!

Is it enough to stitch the toppling blocks and stabilizing the slope by treating the failure as a planar failure, thus following the relevant codes for reinforcing planar failures..!!
