Dear All I have simulated two 4x14 patch antenna arrays in HFSS 3D layout for 24.2 GHz frequency. Coaxial feeding by using via is used for both designs. I have counter checked simulated design by using CST both designs performed very well. The main difference between both designs is dimension of patch antenna element. For design fabrication a professional firm is hired. When fabricated designs are tested the measured result of one design significantly matched with simulated one while other one has quite different result.

The reason is mainly due to the fabrication tolerance and more about the SMA connecter.
Ahmed Jamal Abdullah Al-Gburi thank you for your answer . Is fabrication tolerance and SMA connector can change the results in that much amount (as shown in the attached file ). My other concern is that why these factors affect only one design but not other one
Noaman Naseer The effect of tolerance will not be same in both designs since the fabrication variation is an absolute value and impacts the two designs of different dimensions differently.
You may want to ensure the fabrication tolerance and laminate properties (and variations) are suitably factored in the simulation. The connector may be modelled as well. And the NA must be calibrated prior to each test.
