If we use casting product inside the vacuum , what can be the effect of it? will the pores in casting creates problems? will these pores absorb and emit gases/moisture when they come in atmospheric condition? will the surface properties change due to intermittent shift of the product to vacuum and atmospheric condition during opening of the gate?

In Oridinary Case,Only pores on the surface(external pheriphery) of the casting only might get effected by transition from Vaccum to Atomospheric condition,lest properties in the bulk should be the same.If we need to go to very intricate details,then atmospheric influence on viscosity,metal flow rate,gating design to have any pronounced effect on the properties of materials.

If I understand your question, I believe you are asking what will be the problems encountered when you use cast parts in construction of say a vacuum furnace. If you have porosity that is open to the surface, which increases surface area, there is more opportunity for gas absorption (moisture) when the vacuum furnace is not running. Basically, it will take more time to pump down to vacuum. In fact when a vacuum furnace is not in operation, we keep it in pumped down condition aka maintain vacuum so that there is no/or very little gas absorption. This is also the reason why a vacuum furnace should be kept clean, basically clean out "trash" that absorbs moisture and such. Porosity or other defects in the casting of course affects fatigue properties, so thermal and pressure cycling would pose "life" problem for the component. Hope this helps.
