I found a reference (http://pubs.rsc.org/en/Content/ArticlePDF/2008/GC/b719992a) (Stereoselective oxidation of R-(+)-limonene by chloroperoxidase from Caldariomyces fumago).

In this paper, the experimental section mentions that conversion rate of  (R) (+) limonene can be measured by the change in an absorbance maximum at 220nm.

I have been looking for another paper with a reference to that wavelength and hopefully the extinction coefficient with little success.
