I read the brief article at https://www.editage.com/insights/3-basic-tips-on-writing-a-good-research-paper-title and agree with the tips given there.
I'd like to add that after one has come up with a candidate title, I would suggest considering the following points:
Are there redundant words that can be removed?
Could some words be changed to more appropriate ones to increase precision without adding complexity?
Ask if a colleague who is not familiar with the paper understands the meaning of the title.
I find it helpful to have a working title early on to guide the preparation of the manuscript, but then reconsider its appropriateness after the manuscript has already been prepared otherwise and adjust the title if necessary, according to the (essentially) finalized content of the work.
If you google your question you will find lots of detailed guides but in short try to capture these two factors in your title: 1. The purpose of your study 2. The methodology used in your research.
