6)Combining materials technology for developing tools for irrigation
7)Materials for low cost clothing
You have already listed the most important points, although point 3 is not for poor people (not yet). Researches for better recycling materials of for preparing value-added materials from wastes are also required, as well as a better valorisation of biomass for different non-alimentary purposes.
