While at one level, I agree with Lauren, at another, I think the answer is, "it depends." It depends on the type of blended learning (e.g., whether it is synchronous or asynchronous), the overall course structure (e.g., whether it is the first the course in-class and the second half online or whether it is blended every week), and probably other factors, as well. You need different teaching strategies for these different situations. And for synchronous online teaching, you need to master a range of computer tools (that are often different depending on what LMS you are using). So, IMHO, the tools and resources you need are technology and teaching skills that extend beyond what is required in on-campus-only teaching,
