What are the steps of doing a multiple baseline across individuaLs?

i am doing a research about a program to teach some skills of reading, my mentor advised me to do it using multiple baseline and i have no idea what will be the procedure. my sample is 5 special needs students. Can anybody explain to me in simple way how to construct this study?
