Conventional studies are the base of taxonomy, but more and more sophisticated uses of improved laboratory and analytical data with SEM, TEM and other type of microscopes and equipments give us a new way of thinking on the problem (rezult) and studied matter. Recent studies with DNA and other sophisticated bio-investigations give us a better look on their taxonomical place and evolution (phylogeny).
Conventional methods are actually the base for systematic study and sophisticated methods like SEM , phytotaxonomy including flavonoid analysis and molecular systematics are the main for the arrangement of plant systematics. Recently more attention has been focus to DNA sequencing for the arrangement of plant systematics and bar coding plays role.
