It is really an interesting question. Previously, it was a fashion to go for an MBA degree and anyone with a management degree in hand would get the job which he/she wanted by heart.

But, Nowadays that craze for MBA Programme in India are going to diminish with time due to several factors.

Due to the high fees of such MBA degree courses, many eligible candidates who even get through the entrance exams are taking a step back if they are not financially well-off.

A lot of MBA graduates are of the view that before entering the university, they had dreams about getting their preferred jobs after getting the degree, but it didn’t happen. The time when they came out of college, the manage market changed totally. Even if they got a job, their skills weren’t enough to serve the companies and hence, either they would lose the job or could never get promoted.
