The negative impacts of students' voice in the classroom are always discussed. Besides we should take the positive effects of the students leadership qualities into consideration. Teachers consider the naughtiness of the students as a barrier in classroom management. But, it is not a common case, the naughtiness can be a sign of assistance for teacher when he/she directs behaviors in the classroom. (Should a teacher take students behaviors into consideration just only in the class? - this is a different question though.) 

I need different examples and application of managing naughtiness in the class.
