Dear all,

I am currently doing a research for my FYP project which is on a production of biodiesel. Have read through a lot of journal and research papers, however there was no any producing results according the usual papers when we were doing it in lab. We are trying to produce a biodiesel through enzymatic catalyst which is mainly the lipases enzyme from the waste cooking oil. So far we had followed using a 50g of WCO, Methanol : oil ratio = 6:1 , 6% of enzyme loading and the reaction time would be from 6 to 8 hours. Any suggestions on how we could improve it ?

Thank you
