This is a very tricky question with endless contradictions. Our global world within a deca only is accustomed to such therefore it cannot revert backward. I can see a fellow researcher answered resilience, yes I agree and it's not as short cut as that. The pandemic one-way pushed with a halt, yes, though the pandemic it's self has triggered path ways in the supply chain system. We cannot step back one or the other way. It's the veccination another additional aspect and just now on our worldly duty in the supply chain.
Furthermore, we must watch, not to ignore or neglect justice. The developing countries where suffering are on going, the politicise must be analysed for justice.
